  • Admin and paperwork: We look after all of this! Risk assessments, health & safety forms and all stand admin.
  • Electrics and furniture.
  • Collateral for the event; organising including collecting and delivering on your behalf
  • Promotional merchandise
  • Pre-show marketing; including social media, advertising and marketing campaigns.
  • On-stand features; including augmented reality features and interactive quizzes, professional barista services, lookalikes, magicians, stocking the fridge

Onsite support

Not only do our exhibition project managers take care of all the planning before the show, but they’re also on site during the build to ensure that when you arrive for the stand handover, everything is just as you want it to be.

They will even stay on site during the show if needed to provide around-the-clock support. After the show, they make sure that all of your collateral and materials are returned as required or stored in our top class storage facility. Peace of mind at its finest.
