What does the exhibition stand consultation process involve?
We take the time to understand why you’re going to the show and what you’re trying to achieve from it. We take this information, as well as the functional items and importantly your budget into consideration to provide you with an initial stand design concept along with a ballpark cost. You can tweak and change the stand layout as much as you need until you’ve got a stand that you’re 100% happy with. At this stage, we provide an official quotation and if you choose not to proceed then you walk away, and it’ll cost you nothing but the time you gave us. If you proceed, then we take the project off your hands entirely. We submit stand plans, electrical drawings, Risk Assessments, Method Statements. We can build your stand at our warehouse as a dress-rehearsal, we can transport your marketing collateral and demo kit to the show with us, and we can even source your branded stand clothing. You sit back and we take all the stress away from the stand.
Can you design custom exhibition stands for different industries?
That’s exactly what we do. Every one of the 200+ projects we deliver every year is designed specifically to meet the event objectives, stand requirements and budget of that particular client. Your company is unique so your stand design should be too.
How long does the exhibition stand design process take?
From our side, we’ll have an initial concept back within a week of the initial stand briefing. How long you then take to discuss internally is up to you, but we’ll generally get any tweaks done within a couple of days. Ideally what needs to govern your timelines are the submission deadlines that the individual exhibition or event organiser puts in place. Our project management team can find this information out for you and then draw up a relevant project timeline. Usually, you want to be thinking about your stand design 3-6 months before the show starts but we can work to much shorter lead times if needed….and we often do!
Do you handle logistics and on-site installation?
